The Sr. Compliance Manager assists campus members with declaring and addressing any conflicts of interest (COI). The Conflict of Interest Program is monitored by the COI Coordinator through the UM System in eCompliance. COI is an annual requirement for all staff members.
The Conflict of Interest (COI) committee is responsible for advising employees and reviews all reported outside activity regarding potential individual conflicts of interests which are defined as matters of financial interest incompatible with the impartial, objective, and effective performance of their duties.
